A website UX audit is an expert review of how real people experience your site: where they hesitate, where they get lost, and where they leave without enquiring or buying. At Deeesign Lab we turn that into a prioritised list of fixes, ranked by the impact on your business and the effort to put them right.

We audit websites for businesses and agencies in the UK, Australia and Sri Lanka. You get a senior-level review at a fraction of the price of a local consultancy.

What a UX audit looks at

We review your navigation, page structure, content clarity, calls to action, forms, trust signals, mobile layouts, accessibility and speed. Each finding is tied to a specific page or step in the journey, with a screenshot and a recommended fix.

Your analytics tell us where to look

Before reviewing a single page, we look at your analytics and Search Console data: where traffic arrives, where it drops off, which pages rank but don't convert. That keeps the audit focused on the parts of your site that cost you the most leads or sales.

A priority list, not a wall of problems

Most websites have dozens of small issues. The value of an audit is knowing which handful matter. We rank every finding by business impact and effort, so you can fix the quick wins this week and plan the bigger changes properly.

Mobile gets its own review

Mobile visitors behave differently and often see a very different site. We test key journeys on real phones, not just a resized desktop browser, because that is where most conversion problems hide.

When to get a UX audit

Before a redesign, so the new site fixes the right problems. When traffic is healthy but enquiries or sales are not. After a launch, to check that real users behave the way you expected. Or when your team disagrees about what to change and needs evidence rather than opinions.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a UX audit take?

Most website audits take one to two weeks, depending on the size of the site and the number of journeys reviewed. We agree the scope before we start.

What do I get at the end?

A report with every finding, a screenshot, why it matters and how to fix it, ranked by impact and effort, plus a call to walk through the results and answer questions.

Do you need access to our analytics?

It helps a lot. Read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console lets us focus on the pages and steps where you are actually losing visitors. We can still audit without it.

Can you fix the problems you find?

Yes. Many clients ask us to implement the fixes or redesign the affected pages. You are free to take the report to your own team too.
