Project Synopsis
Our client needed a concept mobile app UI for an ISP management application — giving users an intuitive way to monitor and manage their internet, TV, and mobile subscriptions in one place. We focused on streamlining access to essential functions such as bandwidth tracking, subscription management, and payments, while ensuring a seamless experience that prioritises quick task completion with minimal taps.
Design Challenge
The primary challenge was consolidating multiple services — internet, TV, and mobile — into a single app while maintaining clarity and ease of navigation. Each service needed its own distinct section without cluttering the interface. The help centre also required careful thought, balancing comprehensiveness with simplicity through FAQs, support tickets, and chatbot integration.
Creative Approach
We applied a clean, structured layout that allows users to manage different subscriptions efficiently, with quick access buttons for key actions such as TV guide browsing, call settings, and package modifications. The help centre was designed to be easily navigable with self-service options, while visually distinct sections and intuitive feature placement ensure users can perform actions quickly and confidently without confusion.
