Project Synopsis
SenShaMart came to us needing a platform designed to facilitate the exchange of sensor data — where clients can purchase valuable sensor data from a structured database, while data providers are compensated for their contributions. We built a UI prototype focused on creating a seamless and trustworthy ecosystem, guiding users through data acquisition and contribution with clarity and ease.
Design Challenge
The primary challenge was designing an intuitive and scalable interface that accommodates two distinct user types — buyers and data providers. The platform needed to present complex datasets in a digestible format while maintaining a professional yet inviting aesthetic. Data security and transparency were also key considerations in building trust across the platform.
Creative Approach
We embraced a clean, modern design language with a strong focus on usability. A structured layout guides users effortlessly through registration, authentication, and transaction processes. We applied a neutral colour palette with subtle accents to enhance readability, while interactive elements, clear call-to-actions, and organised data presentation were central to creating an efficient and confident user flow.
Prototype Impact
The SenShaMart prototype establishes a solid foundation for a decentralised data marketplace. By prioritising ease of use and accessibility, the interface enhances the buying and selling experience for both clients and data providers — successfully bridging the gap between data transparency, financial transactions, and user engagement, making sensor data more accessible and commercially viable.
